Old School. New Cool.

Union Square Condos, located at the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, use the tag line ‘Old School . New Cool’ to reflect their transformation from a High School to a condo building. Formerly known as Union High, these condos have now become the perfect destination for the modern urban dweller. We recently had the task of creating this ‘New Cool’ for our client. Through the use of the black, white, red and gray color scheme, as well as the sleek lines and contemporary finishes of concrete and stainless steel, we created the ‘New Cool’ for loft living.
